Willie Mullins says the Stayers' Hurdle could be a target for Benie Des Dieux after victory in the Galmoy Hurdle at Gowran Park.
Mullins was understandably delighted with the nine-year-old's display as she romped home 21 lengths clear of closest rival and stablemate Penhill.
"You'd seriously have to look at the Stayers' Hurdle after that performance," said Mullins.
"She went to France last summer and beat their unbeaten mare over there in the French Champion Hurdle. She could be better than any mare I've trained."
Benie Des Dieux went off as the evens favourite and Apple's Jade had been expected to provide the sternest test but Gordon Elliott's charge was pulled up.
