Second at Newcastle (2m7f, soft) in January was his best form for Sue Smith and, following £46,000 sale, he surged to new heights when easily going miles clear for new yard at Ffos Las (2m3f, heavy) nine days ago; both were over fences (last ran over hurdles in March 2019) and he's unraced on good ground except at start of career; however, this hurdles mark is 3lb lower than last time, so he's absolutely thrown in.
